As Consumer Insight Manager you will lead and execute consumer insight initiatives to guide fragrance development and innovation helping increase our winning rate with clients. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality research actionable insights and strategic recommendations that influence product development and commercial success. The Consumer Insights Manager will be responsible for
Consumer Incidence and Tracker studies; agency management:
- Collaborate closely with research agencies to ensure alignment with JTI's strategic goals

Key Tasks & Responsibilities- Develop, implement, coordinate, and manage tracker, ad-hoc, and syndicated quantitative research projects.
- Receive and understand client briefs.
- Support research design development in proposals.
- Design survey questionnaires and related materials.
- Brief and train field staff.
- Coordinate with stakeholders involved in project execution.
- Monitor fieldwork progress and ensure data quality.
- Analyze data and extract insights.
- Develop conclusions and actionable recommendations.
- Present findings and prepare reports from proposal to delivery.
- Manage projects and maintain close communication with team members (e.g., Analysts, Field Staff, Admin).
- 1-2 years managing quantitative research at an agency.
- Preferred experience in Government, Travel & Tourism, Transportation sectors.
- Experience in Customer Happiness, Mystery Audits, Brand-tracking, Usage & Attitude solutions is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic fluency is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.

The Impact you'll make
Analytics Dashboard Management
- Build and maintain dashboards in GA4, Looker Studio, and related analytics tools.
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, up-to-date, and tailored to business objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any data discrepancies or tracking issues.
- Analyze marketing data, identify trends, and diagnose KPI shifts across channels.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports that provide strategic recommendations—not just raw data.
- Create compelling data narratives to support decision-making for multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborate with SEO, paid ads, and development teams to translate data findings into operational actions.
- Facilitate communication and task tracking for analytics-related projects.
- Ensure alignment and clarity on data-driven priorities.
- Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of GTM and conversion tracking systems.
- Ensure analytics infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and meets evolving business needs.
Required:
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Google Sheets in a marketing analytics context.
- Proven record of preparing insightful marketing reports and dashboards (not just data entry).
- Experience coordinating projects or workflows across multiple teams (e.g., SEO, paid ads, developers).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Prior work in a fast-paced, agency, or digital marketing environment.
- WFH Set-Up:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
- Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools.
