About the Role

As an Experiential Manager, you’ll be the creative and operational driver behind our activations and live event content. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to bring ambitious ideas to life , whether that’s curating a line-up of performers, designing an immersive brand zone, or producing a high-energy brokers event.

This role is perfect for someone from an agency background with proven experience in experiential, activations, and live event delivery , where “programming” is just one of the tools in your creative toolkit.

What You’ll Do

• Create Impactful Experiences – Design and deliver immersive activations, brand experiences, and festival content that brings brands to life.

• Be a Natural Storyteller – Align creative concepts with client objectives and audience expectations.

• Spot & Shape Trends – Bring fresh ideas from fashion, design, tech, food culture, and entertainment into projects.

• Curate & Collaborate – Build strong relationships with performers, vendors, artists, and partners.

• Lead On-Site – Oversee live delivery, manage talent and suppliers, and ensure flawless execution.

About You

You are an experienced events and experiential professional who thrives on creating high-energy, high-impact moments , for diverse audiences and know how to turn ideas into reality and have the portfolio to prove it.

• Agency or Brand-Side Experience in experiential, activations, and live events.

• A track record of producing memorable activations, festivals, or cultural moments.

• Highly Organised & Proactive – able to juggle multiple projects without losing detail.

• Commercially Savvy – understand budgets, P&L, and sponsorship integration.

• Confident Communicator – can pitch ideas, win buy-in, and keep stakeholders engaged.

• Culturally Aware – can incorporate UAE and regional nuances into creative execution.

What You Need to Apply

• 5+ years of event/experiential/activation experience.

• Valid driving licence

• Fluent in English (spoken & written).

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Process all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements. Enter Marriott Rewards information. Ensure rates match market codes, document exceptions. Secure payment prior to issuing room key, verify/adjust billing. Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists. Complete cashier and closing reports. Supply guests with directions and property information. Accommodate guest requests, contacting appropriate staff if necessary. Follow up to ensure requests have been met. Process all payment types, vouchers, paid-outs, and charges. Balance and drop receipts. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Obtain manual authorizations and follow all Accounting procedures. Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns. Follow company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; ensure personal appearance is clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge guests; anticipate and address guests' service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Ensure adherence to quality standards. Enter and locate information using computers/POS systems. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
The Media & Digital lead is responsible for translating category and brand strategies into best-in-class consumer experiences across traditional and digital media touchpoints with the objective of strengthening results delivery and ensuring engagement and awareness amongst our target consumer groups.
Internal benchmark scores for brands & to ensure consistency of the brand communication consumer journey across the various media channels
+ Develop and implement comprehensive media & digital strategies across various channels (traditional media, social media, etc.), and optimise suitable mix of channels and formats to deliver against the brand campaign objectives through holistic consumer journey
+ Ensure that media agency recommendations are in line with marketing objectives and that they include elements of innovation and creativity
+ Implement social first thinking and delivery across portfolio of brands & liaise with local social first content agencies to deliver against the set objectives. Guarantee creative excellence, brand consistency and effectiveness (ROI)
+ Demonstrate digital thought leadership and awareness of evolving trends; ensuring creativity across channels, finding and executing opportunities while creating efficiencies and driving creative excellence
+ Working closely with the media agency to ensure comprehensive plans development in line with marketing objectives and delivering against internal benchmarks with consistency and innovation
+ Define clear eco-systems with channel roles and holistic consumer journeys across Paid Owned and Earned
+ Ensure campaigns and always on plans are executed on time in full (OTIF) and are optimized on regular basis to achieve KPIs of excellence
+ Create a data framework for activations to monitor and evaluate digital & media campaign performance, including the creation of a test and learn agenda.
+ Ensuring that campaigns are optimized on regular basis to achieve KPIs of excellence
+ Conception and implementation of media measurement strategies across brands (MMM / BLS etc.)
+ Oversee the end-to-end organic content creation process, from ideation and planning to execution and optimisation, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, BET strategy and assets - ensuring it resonates with the communities we are engaging with.
+ Manage the relationship with key agency partners by providing clear and insightful briefs that Content Supply Chain (powered by AI) and the local creator ecosystem.
+ Ensuring digital content is culturally relevant, engaging and authentic content output.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Digital marketing experience: Preferably in the beauty industry. This experience could include developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing budgets, and tracking and analysing digital marketing metrics.
A strong understanding of different media channels: Including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
Content Creation Leadership: Proven experience in leading creative content teams or projects, ideally in beauty or a related industry (fashion, lifestyle).
Social Media Content Creation: Experience as a social media content creator is highly desirable with strong understanding for local culture and platform nuances and trends. At a minimum the candidate should have experience in leading content development through agencies.
Agency Management: Proven success briefing, managing, and collaborating effectively with external agencies, ensuring high-quality output and brand consistency.
Campaign management and optimisation: Experience managing and optimising media campaigns to maximise return on investment (ROI).
Gen AI Application (preferred not essential): Demonstrable experience using generative AI tools for content creation
