Nurses play a pivotal role in fostering and restoring patients' well-being at various healthcare settings. They are accountable for completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and providing physical and emotional support to patients in accordance with industry standards and protocols.
The nurse assesses patients' health using critical thinking skills, identifies their care requirements, and promotes patient independence by teaching them and their families about their condition, medications, and self-care skills. They also ensure the quality of care by adhering to established guidelines and regulations set by licensing authorities and governing bodies.
In addition, the nurse resolves patient problems and coordinates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to establish treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- 2-4 years of clinical experience post-qualification in an appropriate setting
- Valid home country license as a Registered Nurse
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Physical stamina to perform job duties

If you are a Tagalog or Arabic-speaking, DHA-licensed nurse currently residing in Dubai and passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
Deliver professional nursing care to outpatient patients.
Assist physicians during consultations and minor procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse
- Fluent in Tagalog or Arabic
Currently based in Dubai and able to travel to Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably in outpatient or ambulatory care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Arabic or Tagalog.

Job Summary:
Performs a systematic initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's physical and psychosocial status, specific to the age of the patient.
Assesses patient/family discharge planning needs, educational needs, and readiness to learn utilizing appropriate resources.
Collaborates with the patient/family and other members of the health care team to develop and update a plan of care that is consistent with the medical diagnosis and based on the patient's changing physical, psychosocial, and age-related requirements.
Establishes realistic and measurable goals that are culturally sensitive and identifies nursing interventions to achieve the goals.
Provides total, direct nursing care consistent with the plan of care and needs of the patients with respect for the patient's privacy, dignity, personal preference, and culture.
Demonstrates priority setting skills and timeliness in responding to patient needs.
Transcribes physician's orders and reviews nursing and medical orders for accuracy and appropriateness.
Prepares, administers, and documents the administration of oral, parental, and topical medications as prescribed by the physician. Is knowledgeable of therapeutic effects, usual dosages, contraindications, side effects, and adverse reactions for all drugs and parental fluids administered.
Skills:
Education: Graduate of BS or diploma in Nursing
Experience: 2 to 3 years minimum current experience in ICU
License: DHA or Eligibility letter as registered nurse (RN), BCLS/ACLS certified
