Job SummaryAs Nursing Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching nursing students both theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical skills. You will guide learners through practical demonstrations, clinical simulations, and case-based discussions to prepare them for real-world patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in areas such as patient care, clinical procedures, pharmacology, infection control and nursing ethics.
- Conduct skills sessions to teach hands-on techniques like IV insertion, wound care, catheterization and vital signs monitoring.
- Assess students' performance through evaluations, tests and practical assessments.
- Experience in Online Instruction
- Provide one-on-one guidance, mentorship and constructive feedback to students.
