He/she specializes in planning, managing, and executing Miller Knoll contract marketing programs/campaigns for the Middle East & Africa. This role is responsible for delivering business and brand strategies that drive engagement & ROI.
The Manager, International Contract Marketing & Program Management, provides regional insights into briefs and identifies all integrated marketing activities needed within a program/campaign to develop and deploy into the region.
He/she is tasked with ensuring that the marketing function remains a central, customer-focused, strategic & results-driven function at the heart of the organization and continues a spirit of connection and collaboration with various company departments. Specific responsibilities
Program Management
- Providing regional insight into Globalprograms
- Coordinating region-specific value-add marketing programs and projects, explicitly targeted at key markets and audiences, using knowledge of the specific regional audiences, channels, opportunities, and products.

- Activating and using marketing SFDC (Salesforce) modules

- Creating and maintaining static and dynamic marketing lists, proactively segmenting and targeting relevant audiences.
- In partnership with the Global Marketing team, standardizing email templates and utilizing Pardot email builder
- Utilizing Pardot engagement studio to run regionally adequate nurturing and lead generation campaigns

You will play a key role in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to reach our target audience and achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and display advertising
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies, including email marketing, social media, and analytics
- Experience creating and managing email and social media campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with graphic design, web development and video editing is a plus.
