Support the Hotel Openings Manager, Guest Experience Manager, and the Senior Vice Presidents of Openings and Guest Experience at Raffles & Fairmont on various significant projects, contributing to the brands' portfolio of new hotel openings, conversions, closings, as well as the Guest Experience KPIs for the brands.

Internship to commence September 2025 - Duration 6 Months

• Support hotel openings across all projects including new openings, conversions, and closures for the Raffles & Fairmont brands globally.
• Assist and support processes with the GX Manager and HOS Manager as outlined by the department.
• Assist in Pre-Opening Budget establishment, Hotel Openings Tool (Taskworld), presentation creation, and dashboarding (POBs).
• Produce reports and metrics related to departmental requirements, memos, schedule meetings, take minutes, and perform other administrative tasks.
• Update PowerPoint presentations for key stakeholders as required, creating different versions depending on the project type (Greenfield, Takeover, De-Flag).
• Participate in bi-weekly/monthly update meetings, take minutes, and log them in Taskworld and WeMax.
• Assist in analyzing KPIs related to hotel quality performance using tools such as VOG Trust, You LQA.

• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English.
• Understanding of the drivers of key hotel openings and GX metrics (financial, commercial, CX, People).
• Prior experience supporting senior executives.
• Strong adaptability and organizational skills.
• Project and time management skills.
• Analytical skills.
• Technical proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
