A day in the life

As an Operations Lead/Supervisor, you’ll be based in one of our operational sites. You’ll support your Shift/Area Manager to carry out the plan for the shift. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Builds Systems & Processes

  • Set up internal workflows, SOPs, dashboards, and docs that actually work

  • Co-write proposals, pitch decks and reports with the team
  • Make sure what we send out is quality

Client Experience & CRM

Communication & Coordination
