Job Description
Operates the helpdesk by receiving requests, resolving and allocating accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize and operate the CAFM & Helpdesk system
- Receive calls and determine, category, type and response.
- Enter the details of the request on the Helpdesk system
- Advise the caller of when to expect a first line of response
- Allocate the request to the designated Service Provider (SP) and inform other concerned parties as appropriate
- Be aware of multiple calls regarding the same issue and advise accordingly
- As the system alerts to an outstanding response, contact the SP directly to ascertain why the delay and inform the caller
- In the event of a further untimely delay, escalate to concerned parties and inform the caller
- If required, closely monitor the progress of all jobs until closed and verify the SP has closed with sufficient information on work performed
- Closes the loop with the end user to their satisfaction
- Carries out telephone surveys
- Any other customer facing activity as instructed
- Support in CAFM and other technology related activities.
- Logs and resolves CAFM related requests
- Support in data management tasks and other tasks given by Management
Skills Required:

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)
1. Tool Preparation and Dispatch
- Select appropriate tools based on casing specifications, job objectives, and location.
- Verify certifications and issue delivery notes prior to dispatch.
- Label tools with Green/Red tags and store them in ventilated areas to avoid UV damage.
2. Inspection and Redressing
- Conduct and document inspections including:
- Thread checks
- Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
- Pressure tests
- Gauging
- Visual assessments
- Redress tools using C-Vice and hand tools, ensuring readiness for next deployment.
Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 2)
3. Tool Certification and Documentation
- Prepare and submit inspection reports and Certificates of Conformance (CoC) for tools, crossovers, and spare parts.
- Maintain tool history and traceability records.
- Improves learning skills to ensure efficient performance and execution of complicated cementing jobs including but not limited to accurate calculations checklists, pre and post job reports.
- Independently performs all required maintenance on equipment is performed and that unit/s is/are in safe, clean and proper working condition for the next service job.
- Performs Risk Analysis before each job or task and identifies and addresses potential safety hazards.
- Comply with all UAE, ADNOC, ADNOC Drilling and client Asset Integrity Management codes of practice.
Minimum Qualification
- Secondary School (or equivalent).

**What will I be doing?**
As a Telephone Operator, you will accept, deliver and respond to Guest and management messages, enquiries and emergencies using their knowledge of the hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to quickly respond to the customer. A Telephone Operator contributes to the first impressions of our Guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
+ Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both Guests and management
+ Ensure all wake up calls take place at the correct time
+ Demonstrate knowledge of all hotel facilities and service and use up-selling techniques to promote these offerings when the appropriate
+ Handle emergency calls immediately and relay comprehensive and accurate information, as required
+ Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
+ Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
+ Attend appropriate training courses, when required
