What we're looking for
We are always looking for exceptional lead project and portfolio management (PPM) consultants and project managers to come and work with Ignite on exciting and upcoming projects.
Individuals would benefit from knowledge of implementing enterprise PPM software such as Clarity, Planview and Clarizen and have experience in managing senior stakeholders within that domain.

Lead PPM Consultant Attributes
- At least three years of experience operating at a senior functional level in successful enterprise PPM implementations
- Proven track record of solution design and senior stakeholder management

- Basic understanding of the project and portfolio management domain

Key Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Business Development Executive is to drive sales growth and project execution within the smart home and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems segment. This position combines business development, client engagement, and project coordination responsibilities to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead generation to project delivery.
Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for smart home and ELV solutions in residential and commercial sectors, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, conducting product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, and assisting in developing and executing sales plans to meet assigned targets.
Client & Project Coordination:
The Business Development Executive will act as a key point of contact between the client and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle, managing installation schedules to ensure coordination between contractors and project deadlines, conducting site visits to ensure readiness and alignment with proposed solutions, and supporting the resolution of technical and operational issues during project execution.
Presales & Technical Support:
The successful candidate will work with the technical team to design customized solutions based on client requirements, provide clients with technical insights during the presales process to aid in decision-making, and maintain accurate records of all proposals, contracts, communications, and project documentation.
Product & Market Knowledge:
The ideal candidate will stay updated on the latest smart home and ELV technologies and trends, conduct competitor research to identify market opportunities and areas of improvement, and have a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle (mandatory for client and site visits).
Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in sales, project coordination, or technical support—preferably in smart home, ELV, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics)
- Relevant certifications will be considered a valuable asset
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of smart home technologies and installation processes
- Good command of CRM and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to create accurate quotations and manage basic contracts
