We are hiring for a Presales Solutions Architect for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) at Logicom, to serve as the primary technical expert responsible for enabling and supporting Logicom's network of partners across the Gulf. This role is focused on accelerating OCI adoption through partner technical enablement, presales support, and collaborative solution development.

The Presales Solutions Architect for OCI will work closely with Logicom's channel partners, Oracle A&C Teams, Oracle Solution Engineers, and internal cloud specialists to drive strategic cloud opportunities, develop technical skills across the partner ecosystem, and ensure successful implementation and expansion of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering technical enablement plans to onboard partners on OCI technologies.
• Conducting workshops, hands-on labs, and enablement sessions to support partner solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and delivery consultants.
• Guiding partners on building repeatable OCI service offerings tailored to their vertical or customer base.
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to partners during presales engagements.
• Designing OCI solution architectures for key workloads, including migrations, hybrid architectures, security, and performance optimization.
• Supporting partners with proposals, customer demos, PoCs, and RFx responses.
• Supporting partner business planning by identifying high priority use cases and developing enablement tracks aligned to Oracle's strategic sales plays.
• Helping partners define implementation methodologies and packaged OCI services.
• Collaborating with partner managers to track partner readiness, progress, and deal pipeline.
• Providing architectural guidance and best practices for OCI deployments, including IaaS, PaaS, and network/ security architecture.
• Supporting go-lives, escalations, and post-deployment value realization efforts.
• Liaising with Oracle and Logicom support Teams to ensure successful resolution of technical challenges.
• Representing Logicom in partner events, technical forums, and customer engagements as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and building reusable assets to support wider partner adoption.
• Facilitating partner onboarding to OCI and conducting regular readiness assessments.
• Delivering joint partner-customer workshops and designing sessions.
• Driving OCI workload-specific campaigns (e.g., app modernization, Oracle DB migration, data & AI).
• Supporting the execution of Oracle cloud sales through channel partners.
• Coordinating with Oracle's A&C, Cloud Engineering, and Product Teams for partner success.
• Tracking partner project outcomes, use case development, and delivery milestones.
• Promoting OCI implementation best practices and reusable delivery assets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud presales, architecture, or partner-facing technical roles.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IaaS and PaaS services.
• Oracle OCI certifications highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of competing cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or enabling IT channel partners or system integrators.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in cloud migrations, enterprise workloads, and hybrid IT architecture.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead the Injazat Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS Offering a UAE sovereign oracle cloud, by growing and managing the CoE and related Client offerings.
Drive and proactively shape Injazat Oracle Cloud Fusion SaaS value proposition in the target market; .
Generate and manage a sales pipeline by qualifying leads and building relationships with clients and account teams, monitoring progress of deals, engaging with stakeholders, and closing deals by addressing concerns or objections.

Qualifications
Graduated from top Engineering or Business universities and schools.
Deep Oracle Fusion enterprise architecture expertise; deep knowledge and direct experience in value engineering or pre-sales Oracle Fusion
At least 5 years of experience in similar position, in Digital Transformation or related scope, and particularly in GCC, UAE, and Abu Dhabi, driving pre sales or demand generation with key clients.
Proven experience in collaborating with different teams of professionals, including subject matter experts, consultants, and tech partners.
Demonstrated achievements as a pre sales for large clients, helping them with strategic transformations.
Strong skills in IT, Business Modelling, and familiarity with Cloud, Cyber, Application modernization, Data, IoT, and Digital Innovation.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage with clients at all levels.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and functionalities.
• Experience with HR processes and best practices in the context of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Proficient in configuring HCM workflows and forms.
• Knowledge of HR domain and UAE labor laws.
• Arabic interface support capability.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
