Are you interested in improving packaging in Amazon's supply chain? If packaging waste makes you cringe, Amazon's global packaging organization may be the place for you. As part of the Packaging ROW team, this position is primarily responsible for driving analytics for the packaging team. They are also responsible for coordinating with multiple regional teams to deliver cross-functional packaging programs, creating relevant dashboards to provide visibility on input and output metrics, and closely collaborating with central analytics. In addition, the candidate will support multiple on-ground packaging initiatives, liaising with Fulfillment operations and Packaging labs. This position is within the Packaging Innovation organization and directly impacts global packaging automation and reduction goals in support of Amazon's Climate Pledge. The role includes limited travel to fulfillment centers.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with sustained physical activity and operating machinery but also comfortable sitting at a desk for long stretches.
