Key job responsibilities

-Maintaining accurate HR records, processing HR transactions, and supporting various HR initiatives and programs.

-Collaboration with operations teams to support daily HR activities and drive employee engagement initiatives.
-Maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while handling confidential information with utmost discretion.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to work flexible shifts aligned with Fulfillment Center Operations, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in data analysis, metrics tracking, and report generation.
- Proficiency in identifying problems, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in HR systems, Microsoft Office Suite (particularly advanced Excel), and ability to adapt to new HR technologies.
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI-enabled HR platforms and automation tools to enhance process efficiency and data analysis.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Business Partnering or Advisory role, ideally within the Legal, Financial or Professional Services. Having expert knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices, including tax, visa, and regulatory requirements is essential. The ideal candidate will be a people person, confident communicator with excellent leadership with the ability to manage stakeholders. The candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and skilled in managing a broad range of HR responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. Successful applicants will be proficient in English communication skills, both written and verbal.
