About The Role
Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and scaling Fortis’s client base through existing strategic partners: banks and payment service providers (PSPs). The primary focus is farming: increasing the efficiency of current partnerships, growing the number of clients acquired through these partners, and maximizing revenue from each active partner channel. This is achieved through a systematic approach to partner management, establishing processes, lead sharing, and launching joint initiatives.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing ongoing partnership projects with banks and PSPs
- Monitoring fulfillment of agreements with partners
- Developing and implementating of partner incentive programs
- Organizing joint initiatives (marketing campaigns, integration projects)
- Ensuring regular exchange of business leads with partners
- Collaborating with internal Fortis teams to execute partnership initiatives
- Hindi- or Arabic-speaker
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, partnership management, or business development (farming)
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with banking or financial institutions
- Experience in fintech, digital payments, lending, or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build trust and long-term partnerships with bank stakeholders
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to launch and manage partnership initiatives
- Understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory environment.

About the Role
Strategic Partner Managers at Twitch guide the ongoing success of our most influential and visible content creators across the Twitch Partner program. You will improve the live streaming experience for broadcasting partners in the Middle East and Northern Africa region (Arabic speaking) and be their liaison with the Twitch business. - Knowledge and / or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services highly desired
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- AWS Certified / AWS Solutions Architect Associate
- Ability to travel throughout EMEA. Travel up to 70%
