The role holder is responsible for achieving sales objectives and building long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of existing customers and development of new customers.
- Achieving set sales revenue goals.
- Maintains a high level of quality interaction with customers to develop and maintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers.
- Sell Parts and upselling accessories to customers.
- Promote parts awareness campaigns, monthly offers, product groups and specification changes are cascaded to all parts sales staff.
- Follows up with a call, as the basis of building a long-term relationship with customers.
- Ensures accurate customer information, updates/records all necessary information in Autoline.
- Prepares all required documentation as per AS-DOS standards.
- Actively maintains product knowledge, and competitive product knowledge.
- Tracks lost sales and pursues uncompleted sales to close sales to required KPI conversion rates.
- Ensures 5S implementation.
- Maintains harmonious relationships among staff and strives to work towards attainment of department's objectives.
- Reports to immediate supervisor or Parts Manager for any untoward incident or problem that requires managerial decision.
- Ensures that prevailing policies and procedures of company are followed.
- Ensures that conduct, attitude, attendance and appearance reflect high standard demanded by company.
- Undertakes additional responsibilities as required.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- 3 to 5 years experience in parts sales role.
- Strong background and knowledge in parts.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and accomplish demanding targets.
- Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
- Strong understanding of local and regional market.
- MS Office skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
