Performance Reporting & Rewards Specialist

To guarantee the accuracy and punctuality of all incentive compensation payments, this role will provide oversight on administration and ongoing process improvement efforts. This includes validating, reconciling, and reporting on all commission and incentive compensation calculations.

  • Delivery of management information, reports, and dashboards to channel and segments heads is a critical responsibility.
  • The specialist will communicate with Product, Sales, and Segment heads to understand performance management report requirements.
  • Performing root-cause analysis and recommending enhancements to aid Channel/Segment heads in optimizing investment spend and resource allocations is key.

This role involves administering Short-Term (STIP) and Long-Term Incentive Plans (LTIP), providing technical support for data warehouse questions and functionality, reviewing and arranging incentive pay outs, and assisting in automation and optimization of incentive calculation and reports.

As a Subject Matter Expert, the individual will troubleshoot and resolve data and process issues involved in calculations, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory rules. They will also calculate incentive payments based on pay plan provisions, perform activities for the design, development, implementation, communication, and administration of incentive programs, plans, policies, and quotas.

Troubleshooting, resolving reconciliation issues related to commission data and/or compensation payouts, and providing timely responses and issue resolution to inquiries from all levels in the organization are essential responsibilities.

The Financial Reporting Analyst works under the direction of the Controller on Financial Reporting for the bank including financial report preparation, data generation and financial performance analysis.

  • Produce and deliver the regulatory reports on an accurate and timely manner for the entities under remit Implement controls and reviews on the regulatory reports with respect to their compliance with local regulatory reporting rules.
  • Preparation, review and submission of all monthly, quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Yearly Banking Return Forms (BRFs) and Islamic Banking Return Forms (IRFs) to UAE Central Bank
  • Expertise on Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 Disclosures in accordance with latest regulations prescribed by CBUAE
  • Review of Central Bank reports prepared by team members, and authorisation/submission of reports on CB portal
  • Perform Quality Assurance, and investigation and remediation of data validation errors and rejection reports
  • Perform General Ledger reconciliation to generate accurate reporting
  • Perform Control & cross checks for the returns/ fillings before uploading on the CB portal
  • Interpretation & impact analyses of new circulars/notices as issued by the Regulator and implementation thereof
  • Perform Financial analysis on regulatory reporting trends

**Performance and Reporting Specialist**
**Abu Dhabi, UAE**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Performance and Reporting Specialist** to join our team! In this role you will play a key part in driving project excellence by developing, monitoring, and enhancing performance metrics across multiple workstreams.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance metrics and KPIs across all six project lots to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
+ Consolidate and analyze data received from Delivery Contractors and Supervision Consultants to produce timely, accurate, and insightful performance reports for project stakeholders.
+ Identify performance trends and areas for improvement; provide actionable recommendations to enhance overall program efficiency and delivery.
+ Ensure all reporting outputs comply with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and corporate standards.
+ Facilitate performance review meetings, ensuring effective follow-up on action items and driving accountability across teams.
+ Support continuous improvement initiatives by embedding best practices in performance management and reporting.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent).
+ Minimum 10 years of experience in performance monitoring and reporting, preferably within EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments.
+ Strong proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as **Power BI** , as well as advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** .
+ Solid understanding of project lifecycle management, earned value analysis, and performance tracking methodologies.

  • Develop and maintain critical business reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Query and extract data from our SQL Server-based data warehouse to fulfill reporting requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis using Excel and other bespoke tools as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments (Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, Contact Centre) to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Assist in the migration of legacy SQL Reporting Services reports to Power BI.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data visualisation.
