The Process Engineer role is critical to the development of our factories to World Class, which means zero defects, zero waste and zero losses and to lead the change management role on projects, ensuring all inputs are available, factory is geared up for new innovations, VIP, product transfers, roll-outs, recipe changes, line extension within an agreed time plan. 
She/he will apply extensively the full range of Focussed Improvement ,Autonomous Pillar , Quality pillar methods and tools to counter losses identified in the areas of Operations , Quality, Cost Deployment and optimize the cost for Operation .
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Working directly with the line crews and Technical Teams on a daily basis to identify the losses and countermeasure . The Process Engineer also acts as the technical trainer for line teams and provides coaching in phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of counter-measures as well.
The Process Engineer is responsible for the validation of all process improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line . A core deliverable is to eliminate losses and wastes using WCM/UMS/Continuous improvement methodologies and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of semi-autonomous teams to Autonomous Team.
Do technical risk assessments for projects. Prepare and execute factory trials, including report results and develop process manuals. Supervise 1st productions and conduct relevant training for operators.

+ Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering Graduate
+ Minimum 3 years factory role, continuous improvement/Process engineer experience in FMCG industry , P ersonal care / Beauty and Wellbeing experience preferred
+ Hands on Experience on managing Focused Improvement projects
+ Must demonstra te a strong technical knowledge from previous practice with evidence of elimination wastes and losses from production lines . Must possess strong engineering leadership credentials with a proven ability to manage highly automated Lines/Process .

• Undertake process design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriate
• Execute process engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the design
• Ensure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client's requirements and / or those issued
• Be responsible for the checking or approval of basis of design, process calculations, safety related calculations to develop the robust design
• Review and approve Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Instrument specifications, Process Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc.
• Review and approve dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc.
• Review and approve depressurization studies, flare load estimation and flare system design
• Ensure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followed
• Review and approve safety related calculations and provide input to HAZOP, SIL and other safety reviews as required
• Identifying new methodology of work process required for higher productivity
• Contribute where necessary to review of supplier quotations and reviews of the project
• Ensure that requirements of Licensor's Secrecy Agreements are known and complied within the work performed
• Participate in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineers
• Identification of issues that impede project progress and reporting to Project Managers, Engineering Manager / Discipline heads

**What you'll do:**
+ Lead problem-solving using tools like QLPA, A3, 8D, and QRQC.
+ Implement and maintain document control systems aligned with EQMS.
+ Monitor and improve First Time Quality (FTQ) and Cost of Non-Conformance (CONC).
+ Facilitate QRQC at line level and cross-functional reviews.
+ Ensure deployment of EQMS and MHB standards.
+ Conduct process control and internal audits (ISO compliance).
+ Collaborate with teams to drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
+ Support new product introductions and process changes from a quality perspective.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Quality, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related).
+ 3-5 years of experience in quality or process engineering in manufacturing.
**Skills:**
+ Srong knowledge of quality tools: QLPA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, control plans, ISO 9001.
+ Experience with EQMS, document control, and QRQC methodology.
+ Familiarity with plastic injection molding and/or electrical component manufacturing (a plus).
+ Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI).
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and facilitation skills.

The Amazon Logistics team is seeking an experienced, innovative, hands on and customer obsessed Senior Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network. As a member of the Process Engineering arm of the Engineering team you will be responsible for producing and refining process standards, building on current best practices for physical infrastructure and designing Amazon Logistics equipment that is used across the emerging markets network and beyond. Infrastructure you develop will always be produced to meet safety, customer experience, capacity, quality and cost goals. You will act as a key point of contact for the Process Engineering team, frequently partnering with leaders in the field, as well as other operational support functions and your WW counterparts. The core process infrastructure ownership element of this role spans Delivery Station and On-the-Road operations.
This position requires strong leadership, deep customer focus, strong autonomy and exceptional project management skills. It will involve regular communication with executors and project sponsors at both the country and WW level, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering across functional business and technical teams. To be successful in this role, you need to pair strong analytical skills and a data-driven outlook with strong intuition.
