As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will serve as the liaison between the organization and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulations.
You will support the Scientific Office Manager in obtaining timely approvals for product registration, reregistration, and variations. You will also anticipate and respond to regulatory queries from authorities.
Additional responsibilities include managing regulatory correspondence, reviewing promotional materials, and ensuring safety reporting compliance.
- Support the renewal of office licenses and ensure scientific office requirements are met.
- Liaise with the local Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance.
Key aspects of this role include maintaining regulatory compliance, managing stakeholder relationships, and providing expert advice on regulatory matters.
Requirements:To excel in this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in Regulatory Affairs or a similar field.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
