Job Description
As a medical expert, you will represent the voice of expertise for assigned products and therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for those who wish to apply their knowledge and skills in a scientific environment.
- Be an active team member to support strategy and execution. Provide input into marketing strategy and commercial initiatives as required.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of assigned products/therapeutic areas through attendance/participation in key meetings/training sessions, relevant congresses, and seminars, and by regular self-study of national/area literature.
- Provide expert advice on assigned products and related therapeutic areas, including responding to requests for scientific/technical information; contribute to the development and accuracy of core dossiers generated by the medical department.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with external experts and academic centers.

- Clinical Research Activities:
- Design and implement clinical research projects within defined standards and budgets.
- Provide oversight to manage review/approval and conduct of IIS studies.
- Support the Clinical Research Department in the management of clinical studies.
- Review and preparation of promotional/non-promotional material.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, codes of conduct, policies, and procedures.
- Operate as a scientific interface and resource to healthcare professionals/customer(s), health care institutions, external experts, and professional associations regarding assigned products.
The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline, although candidates with an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and demonstrated experience will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and the role of Medical Affairs to advance the medical and scientific objectives of the organization.
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in scientific methods applied to clinical research and current legislative/regulatory controls applicable to this research.

An international pharmaceutical company based in the UAE, with a branch in Dubai, is looking for a qualified Inventory Controller / Pharmacist in Charge to oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of UAE experience in a drug store and preferably hold a MOH license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of medications in compliance with MOH regulations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee procurement and replenishment of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise dispensing operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
