Key Responsibilities- Developed technical expertise and specialist skills of warehouse and distribution activities, thus providing advice and support to others
- Troubleshooting complex problems and liaising with own and other departments to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement processes and ensuring successful implementation of agreed changes
- Participation in internal and external audits, conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance across the site
- Assessing training needs and schedules as required to meet immediate needs
- Prioritising and allocating work, planning resource and day to day supervision of teams
- Four years supervisory/managerial experience within warehousing and distribution in pharmaceuticals
- Up to date and demonstrable knowledge of cGMP, and cGDP requirements within a warehouse and distribution operation
- Ability to challenge existing processes and to effectively structure, draft and present improvements proposals
- Ability to effectively and compliantly review, amend and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Intermediate excel skills - Manipulating, analysing and presenting data
