We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Backend Support professional to assist our Business Development team in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data, supporting business development activities, streamlining processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of business intelligence to drive growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Data Management and Reporting: • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance. • Generate reports and presentations for the business development team to assist with strategic decision-making. • Maintain and update databases, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards. • System Integration and Support: • Assist in the automation of processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors. • Market Research and Business Intelligence: • Conduct research on pharmaceutical industry trends, new drug launches, regulatory updates, and competitor activities. • Prepare insights and summaries to assist the business development team in identifying opportunities and risks. • Administrative Support: • Help prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for business development meetings. • Coordinate internal and external communications related to business development activities. • Assist with organizing business development events,checking General Manager mails, communicating with customers, preparing presentations, checking each available Tenders, conferences, and meetings. • Collaboration: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, regulatory, and R&D departments, to support business growth. • Provide backend support for the coordination of partnerships and collaborations with other pharmaceutical companies or healthcare organizations.
Requirements
Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. Experience: • At least 2-3 years of experience in a backend support or administrative role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Skills: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and creating business intelligence reports. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word). • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry terminology, regulations, and market dynamics is a plus. • Additional Competencies: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
