We need an Arabic-speaking Factory Manager for our medicine manufacturing company.

Responsible for the overall management of the IVD Reagent Factory. Works as a Technical Manager with MOHAP.

• Exercise management powers as assigned, in compliance with directives, plans, strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Authorize the start of production batches, plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on stock levels and sales orders.
• Authorize batch testing and release to market.
• Authorize deviations from procedures.
• Interview candidates for positions related to the IVD Reagent Factory.
• Other related duties.

• Manage the IVD Reagent Factory in DAFZA independently.
• Coordinate activities across Production, QA, RA, QC, Warehouse, Factory accounting, Administrative, and Logistics.
• Manage relationships with business units and external entities.
• Ensure process regularity and communicate production plans.
• Implement directives and plans efficiently, managing resources effectively.
• Address failures in achieving targets for the function, employees, and the factory.
• Oversee preparation of technical documents and coordinate with headquarters in Japan.
• Identify technical solutions to enhance synergy across projects.
• Set and review annual objectives for factory departments.
• Prepare performance reports with analysis.
• Maintain employee motivation and professionalism through task assignment, competence promotion, and performance evaluation.

• Implement and enforce guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate updates aligned with NKME strategy to the factory team.
• Correspond via email with NKC, NKT, and NK-DUBAI regarding technology transfer, process improvements, etc.
• Communicate with service providers and MOH-DAFZA team as needed.
• Approve processes and suppliers, ensure audit activities.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma practices to minimize waste and improve quality and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence through strategic planning and workflow enhancement.
• Oversee manufacturing operations to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
