Essential Requirements- A valid B787 Type Rating is mandatory for this role.
- Applicants should possess a minimum of 2500 hours total flying time, with at least 1500 hours logged on multi-crew, glass cockpit or high-performance military jet aircraft.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience on B777/B787 aircraft, holding an ICAO current and unrestricted ATPL license.
- Candidates must be current on B777/B787 aircraft and meet the maximum age limit of 45 years old.
- Demonstrated English Language Fluency (written and verbal) Level 4 or better is essential for this position.
- A fixed monthly salary of AED 26,000 is offered.
- Flight duty allowance of AED 40 per flying hour is available.
- Meal allowances during layovers vary by region: AED 12 per hour in Middle East/GCC/Sub Continent, AED 15 per hour in Asia/Far East, AED 18 per hour in Africa/Australasia, and AED 23 per hour in Europe/Americas.
- Housing allowance up to AED 160,000 per year is provided.

The primary objective of this role is to effectively manage and coordinate flight crew requirements, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
This involves serving as the principal point of contact for scheduling execution, providing daily crewing information to management, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Services, Cabin Crew, and Technical Departments to facilitate daily flight crew assignments and respond promptly to sales inquiries regarding schedule changes.
- Verify that all departing flights have adequate crew assigned, update AIMS with accurate crew data, and run the FRM system.
- Update schedules with actual timings of crew members' mandatory training and office duties.
- Send precise flight and ground duty notifications to crew via SMS and email; follow up during shift changes to confirm receipt.
- Communicate with crew regarding delays or schedule changes; update crew rosters with relevant indicators such as sick leave or standby status.
- Handle incoming crew requests and forward them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain crew contact, visa details, and upload information into AIMS.
- Coordinate with Ground Operations regarding crew entry requirements and ensure proper documentation.
- Reassign crew members reporting sick, fatigued, or delayed aircraft to other flights or duties.
- Record daily crew duty, rest periods, and flight duty limit extensions in AIMS.
- Maintain crew documentation in AIMS, including passports, visas, and contact details.
- Monitor crew movements to ensure compliance with flight duty limitations per the operations manual.
- Arrange transportation for crew as needed and update AIMS accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in crew scheduling and planning.
- Knowledge of AIMS system implementation and operation is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of international operations requirements and restrictions, including UAE GCAA regulations.
- Excellent knowledge of duty time limitations (CAP 371).
- Awareness of crew scheduling and product delivery, with the ability to troubleshoot scheduling issues.
