Key Responsibilities
- Drive internship and placement outcomes across all training programs, ensuring high-quality job placements for our learners
- Build and maintain strong corporate relationships, developing B2B proposals and partnerships with key stakeholders in the UAE
- Conduct career readiness sessions and market trend advisory to equip learners with industry-relevant skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure job-market aligned skilling, fostering a culture of employability and career success
- Proficient in multiple Arabic dialects, with the ability to understand and communicate effectively in various local dialects.
- 3+ years of experience in placements, recruitment, or corporate engagement in the UAE
- Strong network of corporate contacts in HR and Learning & Development (L&D) in the UAE
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
