">Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily and weekly production schedules in coordination with Sales and Production teams.
- Maintain and update the Master Production Schedule (MPS) with accuracy.
- Prepare and release all necessary documentations for efficient and effective production planning & control.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Customer Service and Operations to ensure timely and accurate flow of information.
- Track inventory levels and suggest replenishments to meet production demand.
- Analyze production reports, downtime logs and performance trends to support decision-making.
- Assist in scheduling machine usage to optimize capacity and overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in engineering preferably Mechanical/Electrical.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing industry preferably packaging volume manufacturing.
- Experience in production planning, scheduling or similar production / supply chain capacity.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and machine capacities.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.
