What will I be doing?

As an Engineering Supervisor (Plant Room), you will monitor and maintain the BMS and related equipment, CCTV and SMATV systems in good working condition.

Able to read and comprehend Air‑conditioning, Building electrical and mechanical drawings.

Carry out preventive maintenance of Chillers, Pumps, motors and CT fans.

Maintain all water features including swimming pool.

Expert knowledge and understanding of Building Management System.

Capable of interacting with BMS and related equipment.

Able to produce and comprehend all needed reports.

Good understanding of planned preventive maintenance and safety programs.

Experience and knowledge of Hotel maintenance environment.

Able to supervise the team.

Flexible team player, reliable and able to work on own initiative.

Follows all safety rules and regulations in job, departmental procedures and instructions.

Works closely with peers and Director of Engineering.

Attains all departmental meetings and training classes.

What are we looking for?

As an Engineering Supervisor (Plant Room), will oversee the monitoring and maintenance of the BMS and associated equipment, as well as CCTV and SMATV systems, ensuring they are in optimal working order. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

• Electrical/Mechanical Trade skill or Diploma
• 2 years as a Building Management System Supervisor in a reputable Hotel, Hospital or Building
• Knowledge of the appropriate stock levels for any given item kept in inventory and the amount of time the item will be fresh.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to track and receive specific volume deliveries.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language sufficient to complete forms and inventories, read billings and invoices and communicate with coworkers and purveyors.
• Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry items up to 50 lbs. overhead or otherwise, move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing up to approximately 300 lbs. goods must be moved one or more items at a time, depending on size and weight at a continuous schedule.

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for improving work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, and material. The role ensures that all maintenance work is properly planned, scheduled, and documented.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders with operations and maintenance teams.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment history, and spare parts usage.

The Amazon Logistics team is seeking an experienced, innovative, hands on and customer obsessed Senior Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network. As a member of the Process Engineering arm of the Engineering team you will be responsible for producing and refining process standards, building on current best practices for physical infrastructure and designing Amazon Logistics equipment that is used across the emerging markets network and beyond. Infrastructure you develop will always be produced to meet safety, customer experience, capacity, quality and cost goals. You will act as a key point of contact for the Process Engineering team, frequently partnering with leaders in the field, as well as other operational support functions and your WW counterparts. The core process infrastructure ownership element of this role spans Delivery Station and On-the-Road operations.
This position requires strong leadership, deep customer focus, strong autonomy and exceptional project management skills. It will involve regular communication with executors and project sponsors at both the country and WW level, and requires you to be detail-oriented and comfortable partnering across functional business and technical teams.
