BG Global Recruitment is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Defeathering) to operate and maintain equipment that removes feathers from poultry after the scalding process. This position ensures proper function of defeathering machines to maintain production efficiency, product quality, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.Key Responsibilities:- Perform quality checks to ensure birds are properly slaughtered/defeathered and meet company standards. - Ensure routine cleaning and sanitation of the slaughtering, scalding and defeathering equipment's throughout operations to meet hygiene regulations.- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.- Report mechanical issues to the maintenance and production manager for repairs.- Follow strict biosecurity and food safety procedures. - Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, USDA, GMP).- Follow all workplace safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance data, including downtime and machine performance.- Assist in training new workers on proper machine operation and safety guidelines. - Coordinate with team to monitor for defects and report any irregularities to the quality control team.- Work closely with quality assurance personnel to ensure product consistency.- Coordinate with process team to monitor waste levels and work to minimize product loss.Requirements- Minimum 5 years as Machine Operator in Poultry Processing Plant - Minimum 2 Years in Maintenance Department in Multinational Companies- Diploma or High School qualification.- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Benefits- Salary plus Benefits. - Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.- Career growth and development opportunities.- Dynamic and professional work environment.

Our client is looking for a Machine Operator (Before Scalding)to operate and monitor equipment in the early stages of the poultry processing line, specifically the machinery used before scalding. This includes shackling, stunning, and ensuring the proper flow and handling of live poultry in compliance with animal welfare, safety, and operational standards. Key Responsibilities:- Set up, operate, and monitor the Giblet Line to ensure proper removal of internal organs.- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain efficiency and product quality.- Ensure a continuous flow of poultry through the Giblet line.- Perform quality checks to ensure offal's are properly eviscerated/segregated and meet standards. - Conduct routine cleaning and sanitation of the Giblet Line/Gizzard machine to meet hygiene regulations.- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent machine breakdowns.- Report mechanical issues to the maintenance and production manager for repairs and fix it.- Follow strict biosecurity and food safety procedures. - Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, USDA, GMP).- Follow all workplace safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance data, including downtime and machine performance.- Assist in training new workers on proper machine operation and safety guidelines. - Inspect & coordinate of edible offal's for defects and report any irregularities to the quality control team.- Work closely with quality assurance personnel to ensure product consistency.- Coordinate with process team to monitor waste levels and work to minimize product loss.Requirements- Minimum 5 years in Poultry Processing Plant & 2 years in maintenance department - Diploma or High School qualification.- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)Benefits- Salary plus Benefits. - Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.- Career growth and development opportunities.- Dynamic and professional work environment.
