Job Description

The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Emirati Insurance / Operations Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. In this role, you will play a key part in managing insurance operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within a fast-paced insurance environment. Timings : Monday – Friday, 8-4. (Fridays until 3.30). We offer hybrid work-from-home option after 3 months. Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee daily insurance operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency. - Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and customer service teams to streamline processes. - Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve service quality. - Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction. - Support training and development initiatives for team members. - Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance operational workflows.

Requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Should be a university Graduate in any stream - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient in MS Office - Fluency in English, with Arabic language skills being advantageous. - Committed to delivering high-quality service and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day insurance operations and administrative tasks efficiently. - Coordinate with clients, brokers, and insurance providers to facilitate policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing. - Ensure compliance with local insurance regulations and company policies. - Monitor and report on operational performance metrics and suggest improvements. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance activities.

Requirements
- University Graduate in any discipline - Prior experience in any industry or field is welcome. - Timings: Monday – Friday, 8-4. (Fridays until 3.30) will offer hybrid work-from-home option after 3 months. - UAE national with a valid UAE family book, living preferably in the Emirate of Dubai or Sharjah border.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in Motor Insurance and related products to join our customer service operations team at Dubai branch. This role entails supporting the respective supervisor/department head in managing all new business and renewals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure that customers have competitive quotes according to their requirements.
  • Ensure that all enquiries are entered in CRM and followed up in timely manner
  • Ensure CRM entry of all placing slips on time.
  • Ensuring that all the documents are uploaded in CRM.
  • Ensure that all audit procedures are complied with.
  • All the emails and calls must be acknowledged and replied to internal and external clients.
  • Actively obtain referrals for cross sell and other value-added services.
  • Preparing report on pending enquiries/quotes / placing slips and coordinating with the team heads.
  • Actively resolve customer complaints and highlight the same to team ahead and compliance officer.
  • To gain adequate knowledge of all the products.
  • Achieve new business & renewal targets 
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Sound technical knowledge of insurance products and other aspects of insurance processing.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Sensible judgement and diligence.
  • Experience in handling Microsoft Office Tools and Analytical tools
  • Insurance qualifications such as CII/ ACII is an added advantage.
