Job Purpose
- The Regulatory Compliance Assistant Manager will work as a member of the Compliance team to support monitoring adherence to the Central Bank regulations and best business practices.
- The Regulatory Compliance & Assurance, Assistant Manager will support the execution of the Annual Compliance Plan, especially in regards to Monitoring of Regulations.
- The Regulatory Compliance & Assurance, Assistant Manager will assist the Senior Manager and Head of the Unit in the formalization of procedures and processes and preparation of Compliance training & awareness to all staff.
Principal Accountabilities
- Supporting the rolling out of the Bank-wide Compliance Regulatory Monitoring Program along with conduct reviews and formalization of reports for Senior Management.
- Executing spot checks on Regulations / Processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting the formalization of Memos and Reports for Regulatory Compliance reviews, testing and monitoring exercises performed.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
