**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Support the development and technical delivery of Asset Management projects and PPP Project within the MEA region.
+ Asset management delivery responsibilities include: support the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; support implementation of these asset management activities including guiding inspections, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and support the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.
+ Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Minimum: Bachelor's degree in a technology / engineering related field.
+ At least 8-10 years successful experience in asset management or directly related fields.
+ Experience of implementing asset management services in accordance with industry best practice with working knowledge and delivery of ISO 55000 systems.
+ Experience of the development of PPP Technical Schedules
+ Specific experience within roadways, heavy rail or building market space is required.

In this role you will **lead and support Parsons Asset Management practice and the Sector Managers to develop and deliver Advisory engagements and advancing strategic and technical asset management services in EMEA through a strong and credible industry presence, and leading engagement delivery.**
This role requires a breadth of strategic and technical experience and track record spanning critical infrastructure, public services, mobility systems, built environment, asset management frameworks and lifecycle development.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Implementation of Asset Management consultancy and engineering services
+ Support and lead the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the EMEA region
+ Lead the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; lead and support implementation of these asset management activities including developing policies and strategies, guiding clients to define their lifecycle strategies, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and lead and support the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents.
+ Responsible for a range of services including advisory for asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, digital implementation and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans and operational plans.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technology / engineering related field

+ At least 15 years successful experience in business consulting, infrastructure technology-driven advisory, design and referenced deployment projects around the world.
