Requirements

– Proficiency in advanced experimental techniques for concrete durability and strength assessment.
– Familiarity with methods such as chloride ingress, carbonation, and heat/humidity exposure studies.
– Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary research teams.
– Effective mentorship skills for supporting graduate students.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
