We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Power Plant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our solar power plant and its associated utilities.

Your primary focus will be on providing technical support to ensure the smooth operation of the plant, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and collaborating with team members to promote teamwork within a multinational workforce.

The job involves working at a solar power plant in a potentially hazardous environment.

• Operate and maintain batching plant equipment to ensure smooth production of ready-mix concrete.
• Should have minimum 3 years +experience
• Monitor mixing process, water-cement ratio, and admixtures for quality control.
• Calibrate plant and scales regularly to maintain accurate batching.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and dispatchers for timely delivery.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on plant machinery.
• Maintain daily production and maintenance records.

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design, raw materials, and quality testing.
• Familiarity with computerized batching systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED3, AED10,000.00 per month

• Managing unloading operations of raw materials from delivery trucks.
• Preparation of batch as per recipe.
• Maintain a smooth Batch making & transporting process and troubleshoot Batch house line problems.
• Identify areas for material spillages if any, important jobs to be done during planned maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operations of the dust collectors to control dust levels in the batching area.
• Maintain good housekeeping at entire area of responsibility.

Diploma holder/ITI with 5 years of experience in automatic batch plant operation. Diploma holders will be preferred.

5 years in automatic batch plant operation.

Written and verbal communication in English.
