Job Summary:

The role of Generator Specialist involves contributing to the management of site activities, including planning, organizing, integrating, and monitoring resources such as labor, tools, and technical assistants required to complete the work scope according to contractual requirements.

This specialist will be responsible for making decisions within defined parameters, applying concepts to complex issues, and resolving issues through immediate action or short-term planning at customer power generating facilities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate site activities to ensure efficient completion of work scope
• Perform on-site installation of systems and equipment, and conduct ongoing preventive maintenance, repair, and calibration after installation
• Respond to emergency repair requests and services for troublesome equipment
• Provide technical instruction and assistance to customer representatives regarding installation, operation, calibration, repair, and maintenance at customer sites
• Manage administrative tasks such as writing technical reports, ordering materials, securing quotations, preparing job status reports, and submitting time sheets and expense reports promptly and accurately
• Authorize all changes implemented
• Prioritize customer satisfaction through a commitment to quality
• Maintain a strong safety mindset to ensure work reflects technical requirements within GE safety standards
• Develop knowledge to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance checks on a wide range of equipment vintage
• Cultivate team members to impart and perpetuate field engineering and product knowledge
• Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for customer records and future outage references
• Ensure all necessary parts for the job are shipped to the site
• Verify proper work by customer's contractors during installation
• Perform aftermarket upgrades at the site level
• Work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as required by field assignments
• Travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments
• Support FieldCore's vision and organizational values by performing other duties as assigned

• Performs various activities such as operation, maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of the Wastewater treatment plant facilities and its equipment.
• Operation & maintenance knowledgeable in Plant equipment such as Pumps, blowers, MBR, pretreatment equipment, scrubbers, sludge dewatering equipment & others etc.
• Carry out periodic/adequate inspections to access/monitor, adjust and maintain wastewater treatment plant equipment to achieve desired process control objectives.
• Reporting such as day to day activities, monthly report generation (flow/chemicals/consumables/spares), preventive or breakdown related & maintenance activities.
• Familiar with maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of instrumentation.
• Collect, verify & carry out tests on different parameters on sewage treatment.
• Report any abnormalities with clear details for records.
• Communicate with superior on-site management & haulage requirements.
• Clean and maintain equipment, tanks & site other work areas.
• Aware of related environmental laws and regulations.
• Aware of all safety standards related to plant operation & maintenance.
  

• Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment treatment processes and its related equipment.
• Knowledge on control panels, Process automation SCADA & PLC systems.
• Process & Equipment troubleshooting capabilities.
• Working in a confined or classified space.
• Able to access the situation & take the appropriate solution to incase process abnormalities occur.
• Proper/safe handling of chemicals/consumables.
• Should be able to work in shifts & prepare activities reports & manage the entire site.
  

• Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Environmental or equivalent level.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in operation and maintenance of Sewage treatment plants.

Position : Power Plant Manager

Duties

• Direct all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure high availability and reliability of plant assets. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure effective use of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (SAP) for planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting of all maintenance activities
• Lead the assets registrations activities to ensure proper assets system registry
• Promote a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture by enforcing compliance with regulations, conducting regular audits, and leading by example in safe work practices.
• Act as the first point of contact in front of the power plant operations and client communications

Qualification

• 15 to 20 years of extensive maintenance experience in power plants maintenance.
• A bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Proven expertise in leading and managing large workforces.
• Experience in gas turbines, generators, and electrical systems.
• Strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their expectations and objectives.
• Experience in maintenance CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) , preferably SAP
• Comprehensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management, promoting a strong safety culture and compliance with industry standards.
• Familiarity with maintenance and business KBIs to drive performance and achieve contractual deliverables effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of contractual frameworks, terms, and conditions to ensure seamless contract execution and client satisfaction.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in Siemens turbines
• SAP Certification or formal training in CMMS tools
• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Training or certification in turbines maintenance
• Nationality: Saudi, Middle Eastern, European, or Asian
• Capable of leading a workforce of 50 to 80 personnel
