The Power Production Technician Lead plays a pivotal role in directing assigned Power Production Technicians. This position entails collaboration with other technicians or crews to execute work duties, encompassing the operation, maintenance, and inspection of power production equipment.
- Responsibilities:
- Examine machines and mechanical equipment to identify sources of trouble.
- Dismantle or partially dismantle machines and perform repairs primarily involving hand tools for scraping and fitting parts.

This role necessitates frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts, occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outside weather conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, risk, and risk of electrical shock.
