We are seeking a skilled UPS Technician to join our team. As a UPS Technician, you will be responsible for performing commissioning, service, repair, and preventive maintenance on Eaton's installed base/products.
The primary function of this role is to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty by following up on customer agreements and satisfaction through planning, execution, documentation, and invoicing of service tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Commissioning, service, repair, and preventive maintenance on Eaton's installed base/products.
- Follow up on customer agreements and satisfaction.
- Support customers with technical questions via phone and/or email.
- Assist colleagues in the Service department and Sales with technical knowledge.
- Participate in required training (technical, mandatory by law).
- Support and align work with company goals and KPIs.
- Ensure timely reporting and complete technical reports for each task.
- Adhere to guidelines, processes, and code of ethics.
To be successful in this role, you should have an associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
You should also possess the following skills:
- Experience with UPS 1-phase/3-phase systems, batteries, and emergency power supplies.

- Min 5 years' experience as Commissioning Engineer in O&G Projects.
- Expert Level knowledge of Siemens MV and LV products and power applications. Commissioning Training Certifications in Siemens Transformers, NXAIR, 8DA10 and Sivacon S8 systems and the protection systems is preferred.
