- Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate experiments and adjust campaigns based on performance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign performance analysis, including understanding of KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, impressions, reach) and logical decision-making for optimization.
- Experience conducting technical SEO audits (e.g., site speed, Core Web Vitals, content), on-page and off-page SEO reviews, GEO optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketing tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or related fields are preferred.

- Collaborate with content, data, and web teams to structure, tag, and serve content that aligns with AI/LLM-driven search behaviour.

- Maintain oversight of paid media (e.g. Paid Search, Social, Display, Video) while shifting emphasis toward quality placements and innovative visibility strategies .
- Champion automation, data-driven experimentation, and continuous performance optimization across all touchpoints.
- Set annual media strategy across verticals, with a focus on unlocking new audience pathways and sustainable growth levers .
- Demonstrated experience with technical and content SEO , including schema, indexation strategy, and LLP architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ASO best practices , with hands-on experience optimizing app listings and creatives.
- Passion for new technologies and AI-led marketing ; familiarity with the adtech ecosystem in platforms like ChatGPT or Perplexity is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Google Marketing Platform tools (SA360, DV360, GA360, Campaign Manager).

As a Digital Marketing Manager at IFZA, you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies across all of IFZA’s digital platforms. We are looking for a candidate with a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, who can lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Oversee all aspects of digital marketing including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
- Ensure digital content and visuals align with our marketing strategy, brand standards, and business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends, insights, and community engagement practices.
- Manage and enhance IFZA's social media presence.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and evaluate campaign performance.
- Develop and manage budget for campaigns, providing regular financial reports.
- Liaise with agencies and vendors to support marketing strategies.
- Guide and support the digital marketing team with coaching and professional development.
- Full English proficiency, additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with web analytics and ad serving tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Strong background in digital marketing or advertising, with experience leading SEO, paid social media, and various marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email).
- Ability to conduct A/B and multivariate experiments and adjust campaigns based on performance analysis.
- Demonstrated expertise in campaign performance analysis, including understanding of KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS, impressions, reach) and logical decision-making for optimization.
- Experience conducting technical SEO audits (e.g., site speed, Core Web Vitals, content), on-page and off-page SEO reviews, GEO optimization, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketing tools for tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing or related fields are preferred.
