- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product planning, internal research, KNOX services; Samsung Enterprise Technical Support) to ensure solutions are feasible and align with organizational capabilities. Work with Product Management and Marketing to help define / refine sales messages and ensure sales packages are developed and messages communicated to sales team. Expect to also engage with Engage with Head Quarter's Solution and Product Planning Team to ensure competitiveness of solution offerings.
- Post-Sale Support : Provide technical guidance during the implementation phase to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Training partners and customers on the solution and supporting them in the implementation.
What You’ll Need
- 8-11 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting roles, with relevance on enterprise level platforms and mobile-enterprise solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working with both public and private sector clients, particularly in understanding their unique technical requirements.
- Deep knowledge of mobile-enterprise technologies and their integration into client environments. Experience with equivalent EMM/MDM from VMware, Microsoft, Jamf, Citrix, etc.
- Strong understanding of mobile-enterprise technologies and their applications in public and private sectors.
- Proficiency in technical documentation, architecture design, and solution proposal writing.
- Proven track record of developing and presenting technical solutions to clients in complex sales environments.
- Arabic-speaking preferred

Role:
The Pre-Sales Executive – Traditional Trade is responsible for developing and managing an assigned retail territory to achieve company's sales and distribution targets. This is a non-delivery
sales role focused on maximizing the visibility, availability, and performance of products across Traditional Trade outlets by taking accurate orders, expanding numeric distribution, and executing the agreed journey plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and distribution targets by SKU and outlet type.
- Retain and develop existing accounts while identifying and onboarding new retail customers to expand numeric distribution.
- Execute the daily journey plan, ensuring all outlets are serviced consistently and efficiently.
- Take accurate orders in assigned outlets and ensure timely handover to customer service & delivery team.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed, rotated, and merchandised according to company guidelines.
- Deploy POS materials and maintain planogram compliance in chilled and ambient areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of in-store displays, chillers, and other visibility assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, staff, and decision-makers.
- Communicate new product launches, promotions, and pricing updates clearly to all customers.
- Address customer concerns promptly and escalate operational issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Obtain customer signoffs for all relevant documentation.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity, pricing, stock levels, and market trends within the territory.
- Share insights with the Area Sales Manager to support route optimization and sales strategy.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of sales and outlet reports as per company requirements.
- Follow FIFO principles to reduce expiry and damages,
- Act in line with company's values and field standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in pre-sales, merchandising, or van sales in the FMCG or beverage industry within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Traditional Trade landscape and local store network
- Good knowledge of sales fundamentals, merchandising standards, and route
