Duration: 4 – 12 Weeks (6 batches, 2-day sessions per cohort)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced facilitator to deliver a 2-day in-person workshop on Presentation & Public Speaking Skills. The facilitator will guide 6 cohorts of participants, with each cohort attending a 2-day session. The workshop will focus on enhancing participants' presentation planning, delivery, storytelling, engagement, and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive workshops for small cohorts of participants.
Develop and share detailed course content, including presentation materials, activities, and learning resources.
Facilitate practical exercises and provide feedback to help participants improve their presentation and communication skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering corporate presentation and public speaking training (minimum 3–5 years preferred).Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills for adult learners.
Ability to develop and customize course materials aligned with industry best practices.
Skilled in using visual aids, storytelling, and engagement techniques to enhance learning.
Experience managing small to medium-sized cohorts (up to 20 participants per session).
Ability to provide actionable feedback and support participant improvement.
Professionalism and flexibility to deliver on-site in a corporate environment across multiple weeks.
Availability to commit to the full schedule of 6 batches over 4 – 12 weeks.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Communication, Education, Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Language Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required; additional language skills are a plus.
