Job Description

• Thorough knowledge of gas extraction and processing plants operations and production engineering principles.
• Strong experience on Process Simulations and other workplace computer applications.
• experience in QMI metering to improve the quality and efficiency of analytical equipment within a large industrial organization, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Sound knowledge of Assets management, OPEX and CAPEX management, Oil & Gas market and economic context, Gas Sales Agreement.

• Bachelor of Chemical or Process Engineering with min. 10 to 15 years of Experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
• 8 years of experience in Process Engineering & 3 years of experience inside a Site Operations entity or Production.
• Proficiency in Process Simulation.
• Strong understanding of Gas Production flow scheme.
• Fundamental understanding of operations activities in an oil & gas organization.
• In-depth understanding of production planning/monitoring tools and concepts.
• Develops/updates guidelines for Catalyst and Chemical management all Gas operating Sites.
• Develops/updates the guidelines for improving Operation Steering of (integrated operational planning).

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the operational aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless execution and quality delivery.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing qualification testing, pre-production testing, production testing, site testing, and warranty period testing. You will also coordinate with third-party inspection agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.

You will oversee the production process of technologies purchased by our organization, lead the Sponsor's qualification process for suppliers, technologies, and production lines, and monitor and manage the manufacturing and transportation schedule.

Additionally, you will develop and implement delivery plans, manage storage plans as applicable, and coordinate delivery schedules. You will also ensure Bill of Materials (BOM) materials meet lender requirements and maintain proper traceability.

Furthermore, you will manage finance processes, including LC openings, document reviews, bank coordination, invoice issuance, payment follow-ups, cash flow management, and positivity checks.
