Role : Plant Operator

You will be responsible for the smooth and safe operation of the hotel's central plant systems, ensuring that heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and utility services meet the highest standards of performance and efficiency. • Monitoring, operating, and maintaining all plant equipment, including chillers, pumps, boilers, compressors, and water systems.
• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with Hilton standards and local regulations.
• Recording operating parameters, analyzing performance, and reporting irregularities promptly.
• Supporting energy conservation initiatives and ensuring compliance with Hilton's LightStay sustainability program.
• Assisting the engineering team with daily operations, emergency procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensuring all equipment rooms and plant areas are well-maintained, clean, and hazard-free.

• Previous experience as a Plant Operator or in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or large-scale facilities.
• Technical knowledge of central plant equipment and building systems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in auditing core manufacturing processes, strong knowledge of internal audit methodology, and excellent analytical skills.

• Conduct internal audits across various business processes including production, maintenance, procurement, inventory, sales & marketing, etc.
• Perform physical, documentation, financial, and ISO audits to evaluate internal controls and identify process gaps.
• Audit SAP ERP modules (MM, PP, SD, FI/CO) to assess internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop structured, objective, and actionable audit reports with clear recommendations for improvement.
