Were now looking for a talented Associate Creative Producer to join our team and bring fresh ideas to life across both branded and original content including white-label projects and our flagship Mazaj shows.
About The Role:
As an Associate Creative Producer you will work side by side with the lead creative producer to ideate develop and produce content from A to Z. This role blends creativity and production requiring both a strong editorial instinct and the ability to manage the full production cycle.
You ll be hands-on across all stages: from ideation pitching scripting overseeing art direction and production giving clear and creative feedback to editors and coordinating with our community manager to ensure smooth distribution across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Brainstorm and develop content ideas for Mazaj and branded projects
Prepare and pitch concepts internally and to clients/brands
Lead or co-lead productions overseeing shoots talent and creative direction
Provide feedback on video edits and ensure final delivery meets brand tone and objectives
Work closely with editors designers talent and the community manager for post-production and distribution
Manage timelines shoots and team members to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain a high creative standard across all content

Requirements:
Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)

Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai (if required)

What You'll Be Doing
- Originate and shape creative concepts that respond to client briefs and align with egg's global creative vision.

Overview:
The Creative Producer will work across the creative production of video related to Condé Nast’s iconic brands in the Middle East – Vogue Arabia, GQ, Architectural Digest and Condé Nast Traveller.
As Creative Producer, you will help the Head of Video brainstorm ideas and execute video series from pre-production, through physical production and into post-production. You will be responsible for ensuring the final product is high quality and for managing each step of the process.
The ideal candidate knows how to create content that feels genuine, relatable, trendy, high-quality, shareable and viral. They thrive in a fast-paced, social media-driven environment, are proactive, and have a visual style and storytelling ability that matches Condé Nast’s brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of Video in the ideation and production of video series.
- Producing videos that are on-brand, on-budget, and in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Scriptwriting and/or storyboarding whenever needed.
- Directing and leading shoots on set or remotely, as needed.
- Facilitating the logistics for shoots including but not limited to coordinating and booking crew and equipment, arranging for location permits, managing location and talent agreements, risk assessment, booking transport, as well as tracking costs and budgets associated with each production.
- Shooting thumbnails for each video.
- Creating post-production schedules, collect all assets needed for an edit and deliver it to the video editor with a clear brief.
- Reviewing and providing notes on paper cuts, rough cuts and having the fine cuts and final edits approved by the Head of Video and the Head of Editorial Content.
- Ideating with the video editor on the thumbnails for each video.
- Delivering the final approved videos to the Optimization Lead and the Social Media Manager for upload with thumbnails.
- Coordinating with Social Media Managers and other markets to syndicate videos and deliver cutdowns relevant to this region.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years experience producing and developing video content for various platforms especially social media.
- A strong knowledge of and interest in Condé Nast’s brands.
- Must be well connected within the video production industry in the Middle East.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be a good communicator, solution-oriented, and be able to work collaboratively across hierarchies and departments.
- Must be extremely efficient with the ability to hit hard deadlines.
- Have a proven track record in managing productions from start to finish.
- Have a solid understanding of pre-production, production and post-production processes.
- Have strong writing skills and the ability to express ideas creatively in a script.
- Experience leading and directing small and large crews on location and in-studio.

2. Purpose of Role:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to support the execution of HIVE's brand, marketing, and online community engagement initiatives. Based in Dubai, this role will help bring HIVE's vision of character-driven spaces and shared living experiences to life through compelling content, digital campaigns, and on-brand visual communications.
Working closely with HIVE's marketing team, the Content Producer will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, producing design collateral, and managing content across platforms including social media, email, and events.
3. Key Role Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Implement marketing plans and strategies developed by the marketing team.
- Manage digital marketing activities, such as email campaigns, newsletters and online merchandise.
- Handle marketing-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining a marketing calendar, updating databases, and organizing materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with HIVE's branding guidelines and messaging.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent brand presence across all touchpoints.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Creative
- Designing and producing graphic collateral including those required for events, promotions, and other marketing materials.
- Develop and produce creative and engaging content, including social media posts (mainly Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn), event graphics, and email campaigns.
- Assist in building a social media calendar and ensure timely execution of social media posts.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build community relationships.
- Manage multiple content projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when needed.
4. Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A creative thinker with a strong eye for design and storytelling
- Passionate about branding, visual identity, and building online communities
- Skilled at translating abstract ideas into compelling content
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Digitally savvy, especially across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Curious, proactive, and excited by HIVE's mission to create character-driven, community-focused spaces
5. Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a content creation, digital marketing, or creative production role
- Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools
- Experience producing content for social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing channels
- Experience managing social media accounts, scheduling content, and ensuring timely execution across platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Video editing and/or animation skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred

ITP Media Group reaches an audience of more than 104.6 million people across the Middle East and beyond through its leading websites, portals, social media platforms, events, conferences, award ceremonies, magazines, books, and social media influencers agency. We are one of the largest media companies in the Middle East with a portfolio of more than 80 brands. These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper's Bazaar, and Construction Week.
Corporate communications are centred on creating and distributing messages to staff, company stakeholders, media contacts, and the general public. The incumbent has multiple roles ranging from public relations, marketing, and communication between management and employees. As the Corporate Content Producer, the incumbent will write press releases, use social media, and create articles for the corporate intranet. A strong understanding of ITP Media Group's strategic objective, brand guidelines, and working to keep communication consistent and positive both within the company and in the public eye is essential.
The Corporate Content Producer will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Liaise with the corporate and brand teams to source/identify opportunities for communications.
- Develop digital communications to achieve corporate objectives.
- Support, contribute, and comply with quality and governance procedures as outlined by the code of conduct of the UAE and corporate guidelines.
- Writing and distributing press releases to garner coverage for ITP Media Group.
- Monitor all media platforms for mentions of ITP Media Group, its brands, and key employees.
- Devise a plan to address unfavourable press coverage or misinformation.
Content Strategy & Management
- Administer the creation and publishing of relevant original high-quality content (for all corporate channels) including copywriting, long-form articles, video ideating, filming, and editing.
- Work closely with the Corporate Admin Director to deliver the overall content strategy commensurate with the brand strategy and direction across both internal and external platforms.
- Work closely with the Corporate Admin Director to design and deliver far-reaching social media campaigns.
- Identify and improve organisational development aspects to serve as content in collaboration with Human Resources (i.e.: employee training, recognition, and rewards for participation in ITP's marketing and online review building).
- Leverage the right online tools to manage content.
- Analyze the company’s social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities.
- Implement an editorial content calendar to manage content and plan specific timely campaigns.
- Seek new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the business including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
- Project management including the prioritization and management of job-related process improvements.
- Strategic insight and planning including ideating on social media strategy and assisting in devising campaign tactics.
- Mine analytics data and develop strategies for content creation, optimizing social channels and initiatives to increase engagement and ROI, and to build brand awareness.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of ITP Media Group that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the trajectory of the company.
Manage overall analytics for social media including daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting on:
- Campaign performance, social interaction, and digital communications.
- Any ad-hoc projects and/or tasks as required by the business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's University Degree preferably with English, Journalism, or Communications preferred.

EXPERIENCE
- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media.
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience sourcing, managing, and publishing content.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snap) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Displays the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, audio, and video format.
- Practices superior time management.
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary (i.e.: content development, creation, and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
- Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situations and apply conflict resolution.
