**Title and Summary**
Director, Product Management (Product Knowledge and Insights)
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic leader to advance insights and performance initiatives across the Security Solution Organization (SSO). This role will be responsible for driving a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, product performance, and internal KPIs. By leveraging data and insights, the Director will lead reporting and performance measurement across the SSO product suite-enabling data-driven decision-making, shaping strategic direction, and accelerating value creation.
Key Responsibilities
· Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to evaluate product performance, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations
· Lead and support initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency across SSO activities. Conduct deep product-level analyses to uncover areas for optimization
· Identify and communicate key market trends, evolving customer needs, and growth opportunities aligned with SSO priorities. Leverage data from Services teams (e.g., Insights & Enablement, Customer Success), Product verticals, and regional sources
· Gather insights from internal and external security product experts to enhance product positioning and support market research and trend analysis
· Deliver structured, ongoing competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions, product development, and feature innovation.
· Provide insights and reporting to the SSO Product Council to support product evaluations and prioritization efforts.
· Facilitate regional product discovery workshops and insights sessions in partnership with Product teams to inform development and capture new requirements.
· Contribute to the development of quarterly business reviews for the Business Integration & Excellence team and broader SSO group, ensuring alignment with our Mastercard objectives and transparency
· Define, track, and report on executive-level KPIs and overall SSO performance, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into progress against strategic objectives

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science, or related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus)
· Proven experience in a similar role across product insights, performance management and product research
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to connect data to business priorities
· Experience managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
· Excellent communication skills, with a talent for storytelling using data
· Experience in consulting or competitive intelligence is highly desirable
