About the Role
Mastercard is seeking a strategic and visionary leader to head Product Management for Consumer Credit Cards across Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EEMEA). This role is central to driving innovation, market leadership, and customer-centric delivery in one of the most diverse and high-potential regions globally.
As Vice President, you will lead a high-performing team to shape Mastercard's credit card portfolio, build strategic partnerships, and deliver differentiated solutions across key consumer segments-such as affluent, travel-savvy, and everyday spenders. + Technical engineering expertise in supported products
+ Provide in-depth technical and engineering expertise for supported products, including detailed specification analysis, design optimization and performance evaluation.
+ Selection of products fitting the need of the defined target markets based on engineering suitability and compliance for the target market.
+ Conduct market gap, application, and performance analysis to guide technical engineering product positioning and portfolio evaluation.

Job Description
The Field Product Marketing Manager is responsible for collecting and analyzing local Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights to support defining needs for new product development and portfolio adjustments; and to support the design of marketing campaigns. He/she also represent the company in local standards committees and coordinate certification of localized products.
The Field Product Marketing Manager is the go-to person and the expert in their product portfolio in the supported local sales organization(s), and the main internal and external communicator about the products, who is fully able to translate technical features into commercial messaging. This position is a part of the EMEA Field Product Marketing organization.
**What you'll do:**
- Product Life Cycle Management on the Local Market:
- Conduct market gap and product fit analysis to select products fitting the particular market needs.
- Define price positioning (versus competitors) on the local market, including price groups. Ensure product margins and profitability for the relevant portfolio.
- Define the relevant service offer for the supported products together with sales and service team.
- Contribute to New Product Marketing Customer Requirements, including master data requirements and service requirements/opportunities.
- Provide new product price and price list modifications for their portfolio to be entered in the ERP tool and communicated to customers.
- Coordinate with sales to fill in BTA (Business Target Agreement) with regards to expected revenues and launch plan activities, for New Product Development projects.
- Own New Product Launches (NPL) in their portfolio for their geography (phase in/phase out), including providing forecast and financial expectations in yearly Profit Plans.
- Own End of Life process for their portfolio in their geography.
- Input into product local sales strategy and contribute to its execution with the sales team and partners.
- Help local Sales leadership develop and deploy an action plan to deliver the strategy and grow product sales (target specific customers, markets, channel, value prop including Go-To-Market strategy).
- Represent Eaton in local standards committee and norm groups related to the focus products.
- Coordinate certification of localized products and solutions with local test labs and authorities.
- Support Global Segment Content Marketing & Campaigns COE with insights to develop and update buyer personas and journey maps for selected personas.
- Provide educated insights to field segment demand generation team to possibly localize or alter the segment campaign (e.g. for a local hero product).
- Ensure adapted and relevant sales enablement content materials are developed (mainly by Product Lines), validate and apply any localization if/as needed (trainings, support material, tools for Sales).
- Deliver Value Sales trainings to sales teams and partners (commercial persona) related to their own product portfolio.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor´s degree in technical studies or/and marketing
+ 5+ years of experience in marketing/technical role in the Life Safety Indutry, especially Fire Alarm System, which should have allowed to develop an excellent understanding of the Middle East markets, channels and the related competitive landscape
+ Understanding business basics including revenue projections, business metrics and financial planning, as well as pricing
+ Advanced knowledge of Electrical products and Fundamentals of electricity (advanced knowledge in EN/UL standards as well as Life Safety Codes is an advantage)
+ At ease to collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) and regulatory insights.
+ understanding of demand generation campaigns, digital marketing
+ Fluent in English

**Main Duties/Responsibilities:**
+ Key contributor and advisor to the Head of Product & Solution Strategy and Vendor Management with the development of regionally appropriate, compliant and competitive products and propositions for all of Cigna MEA (Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), Lebanon, Africa) and segments (Top-Tier, Mid-Tier, 'local/domestic') for both Group and Individual, in line with our Simple, Affordable and Predictable strategy and executing our business strategic priorities.
+ Lead Local Product forum with internal stakeholders, creating governance, gathering feedback to inform team priorities and planning and to communicate team strategies and updates
+ Lead strategic business priorities to execute on business goals and objectives
+ Influence and lead on departmental priorities to ensure their execution to further enable our growth and earnings targets

+ Partner with internal teams (Sales, Client Management, Underwriting, Actuary, IT and Operations) impacted in the product development process to collectively design, develop and launch new product initiatives.
+ Support the product roadmap priorities and ensure continued alignment to achieving our growth strategy
+ Project management responsibility for new product development initiatives, when a project manager is not allocated, working in an Agile environment
