The Role
We are seeking a
Product Specialist
to serve as the
bridge between new users and our engineering team
. You'll own the onboarding experience, gather and interpret user feedback, and drive continuous improvements to our UX and UI. Your work will directly impact user adoption, retention, and lifetime value (LTV), ensuring Rekbot becomes a sticky, scalable platform recruiters love to use.
This is a
hands-on product role
that blends user success, product strategy, and UX iteration. You will ensure that every user's journey is engaging, gamified, and tailored to their needs, while aligning feedback with the long-term product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- User Onboarding & Engagement
- Act as the main point of contact for newly onboarded users.
- Design and refine onboarding flows that drive early adoption and reduce churn.
- Support users in navigating the platform and maximizing value.
- Feedback & Iteration
- Collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback from users.
- Translate insights into actionable product/UX/UI improvements.
- Partner with design and development teams to implement changes.
- UX/UI Product Strategy
- Fine-tune the existing platform with a scalable, user-centered design strategy.
- Develop gamification mechanics to improve engagement and learning outcomes.
- Create learning journeys tailored to our recruiter demographic.
- Product Growth & LTV
- Identify friction points in the user journey and resolve them.
- Track adoption and retention metrics to inform decisions.
- Drive initiatives to increase LTV and reduce attrition.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a
Product Specialist, Product Manager, UX Researcher, or similar role
. - Strong background in
UX/UI iteration
and user research. - Strong ability to code/program - understand the Dev lifecycle.

Edtech, and gamified learning products. - Ability to balance
short-term feedback-driven fixes
