POSITION OBJECTIVE

- Experience with Agile development methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Lean Portfolio Management
- Demonstrated success in defining, delivering and launching products, especially in the Air Cargo domain
- Technical and Air Cargo domain knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions
- Experience defining vision and strategy for a technical product

POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are looking to recruit a Product Owner to become part of the Product Team responsible for building and managing the future of financial solutions that transform how people interact with their money. This is an exciting space in the payments landscape where we see the convergence of traditional payment service providers and digital asset native players. We are building products and services that address both the unique needs of digital asset natives and highlight opportunities where we can solve pain points in other business verticals where digital assets aren't traditionally considered. The selected person will be responsible for managing the delivery of a number of our features and products across our product portfolio, owning the product development backlog and ensuring that development teams clearly understand the business outcomes expected from any development. You are expected to be a technical subject matter expert for those products assigned to you and the development teams under your direction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with the development teams, product manager to manage and deliver technical product requirements.
- Translate the customer outcomes and business objectives into actionable user stories, prioritises the user stories, and creates the product backlog to facilitate development by the engineering teams.
- Provide support to the development teams to ensure they are clear on what to work on next and to address any questions about the deliverable and solve for any delivery capacity constraints.
- Coordinate with the development teams to ensure delivery is aligned with the roadmap set by the Product Manager.
- Communicates internally, the voice of the customer to provide context to the development teams.
- Provides feedback on the delivery status and development backlog to the Product Manager.
- Ownership of the product development backlog.
- Drive the technical implementation of product features and functionalities.
- Contribute to product planning, roadmap development, and launch activities.
- Deliver and maintain product documentation to support the ongoing development, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal solutions.
- Effectively communicate with key stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and business leaders.
- Stay up to date with blockchain technology and emerging trends.
- Develop user personas and conduct user testing to validate assumptions and improve the user experience. Ensure that products meet high usability and accessibility standards.
- Support the Product Manager in the full product lifecycle from ideation, design, development, launch, and iteration based on feedback. Evaluate post-launch performance and iterate to improve product offerings.
- Work closely with engineering, design, QA, to ensure timely and successful product delivery. Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure a collaborative, agile approach.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or similar agile-related certifications.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to drive teams towards achieving product goals while maintaining a collaborative, positive culture.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to manage ambiguity and complexity effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar roles (such as but not limited to Business Analyst positions) in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong, proven experience in, and understanding of, the digital assets, Web3 or FinTech industries.
- Proven ability to lead product development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of UX design principles and user research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
