This individual acts as a team lead, overseeing clerical, support, analysis, and research tasks, and reviews reports for planning. Based on authorized customer demand, analyze materials and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to relevant teams. • Experience in Printing Manufacturing Industry is advantageous. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business, or related field. 4+ years of experience in SML or related roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred, especially within printing industries.
• Knowledge of Offset, PFL, RFID, Flexo, and Thermal processes is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, materials management, and logistics concepts.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Green Belt or ELS certification preferred.
