- Conduct FSTD type rating, recurrent, recency training, and ground school sessions in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system
- Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards
- Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives
