  • Accurately complete and submit detailed assessments and reports via the electronic reporting system
  • Recommend additional or remedial training for pilots not meeting performance standards
  • Provide feedback to training management on potential enhancements in training efficiency, safety, and instructional methods
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects, course development, and other training-related initiatives

Essential Skills and Qualifications
