Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for multiple skilled ServiceNow professionals including but not limited to developers, admins, testers, architects, business analysts, technical leads, and more. Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, design, analysis, test, or implementation
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development, capabilities, configurations, upgrades, implementations, and more
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), CIS, CSA, and ServiceNow micro certifications
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, and/or ITBM
