Job Purpose
The Program Director will oversee the Water Transmission Scheme, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, progress and coordination of resources and ownership over preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual progress report. This is a PMC role, and the PD will be responsible for overseeing and execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) operations for large-scale water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. There will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC`s appointed directly by the Client. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the Project.
- Lead and manage the overall program comprising all lots within the scope for the project, ensuring the integration and alignment of all project activities with the strategic objectives of the EMPLOYER.
- Establish program governance, ensuring adherence to project management standards, procedures, and frameworks.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, supervision consultants, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities ensuring consistency and collaboration alignment and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
