For an international airport project, we are currently looking for aProject Architect to join our team inDubai.
Profile:
- Develop designs within the design team together with the SeniorArchitect to support the Studio Lead
- Perform work on all phases including concept design, design development and construction documents
- Project research and studies, especially regarding technical implementation, local building codes and standards
- Responsible for the design, functional and technical conception of the project
- Engage and integrate the Coop Himmelb(l)au working methods of digital and analog procedures into the design process
- On the basis of the working methods, prepare and develop drawings, specifications, graphics, working models, schemes and necessary documents related to the design
- Coordinate and communicate all aspects of architectural design within multi-disciplinary teams
- Preferably stationed in Dubai already

Access has a unique opportunity with a practice looking for an Architect based in Dubai. Having recently merged with a London-based practice, the studios are looking for Senior Architects to join their team. With all projects being based purely in the Middle East, more specifically Middle Eastern residential, this is a great opportunity for an Architect with this experience to join the expanding team.
The successful candidate will be a vital member of the new team. You must be willing to run some projects as well as mentor some junior members of staff due to the current structure. You will be working on some top residential projects, therefore requiring experience within this sector.

RMJM is seeking to appoint an experienced Project Architect to support the continued growth of our Dubai Studio.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through to construction.
- Develop and refine design concepts, working closely with clients and senior architects to ensure design intent is realized.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on design, technical matters, and project coordination.
- Serve as one of the points of contact for clients, maintaining strong client relationships and providing regular project updates.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, ensuring that design intent is being followed.
- Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and adheres to industry standards, codes, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- A pro-active and ambitious personality, with capability of achieving best results.
- Communicates with clarity, purpose, and accuracy.
- Understands teamwork concept, contributes to the organization by aiming positive change and continual improvement.
- Strong eye for detail coupled with a methodical and organized approach.
- Understands the concept of multi-disciplinary (Architecture, Structural, Infrastructure, MEP etc.).
- Society of Engineers/Architectural membership, International Accreditation (RIBA, AIA or equivalent), Sustainability Certification (LEED, PQP or equivalent), Project Management certification (PMP, IPMA, PMI or equivalent) are preferable.
- Arch. or B.Sc. in architecture, with minimum of 10 years post graduate experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ site supervision experience in the delivery of complex high-profile projects within an international design consultancy.
- Wide experience in Local / International Building Codes and regulations (UAE FLS Code, NFPA, IBC, etc.), British / American Standards (ASTM, BS, EN, etc.), Sustainable Design Principles (Estidama, Green Building, LEED).
- Good working knowledge of materials, suppliers, and construction practices in UAE.
- Excellent problem solving and time management capability.
- Ability to make critical decisions (In coordination with Resident Engineer /Relevant disciplines).
- Ability to manage and coordinate team members, various disciplines involved in the design, authorities, and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and contractual knowledge with and extend of the maximum possible effort to avoid contractor(s) claims for cost and/or delay.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture.
- 8+ years post-qualification experience, including 2-3 years leading teams on large-scale projects (commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, leisure, entertainment).
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks; familiarity with ACC; skilled in presentation tools (e.g., InDesign).
- Ability to work directly in native 3D authoring tools.
- Strong knowledge of drafting standards, detailing, material specs, buildability, and theming integration.
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, lighting, fire & safety), structural/architectural details, building & accessibility codes, and construction processes.
- Experience with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, field observation).
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
