+ Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as industry best practices
+ Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing pre-contract department
+ Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve pre-contract processes and outcomes
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
+ Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on pre-contract activities
+ Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale projects in the UAE construction or engineering sector
+ In-depth knowledge of contract negotiation, risk assessment, and budgeting processes
+ Strong understanding of UAE construction industry regulations and international contract law
+ Proficiency in FIDIC contract forms and other relevant contract structures
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor staff
+ Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
+ Experience in vertical projects is required
