Position: Project Engineer - Major Subcontract Management

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage major subcontract scopes (Jacket & Piles) independently from project award to handover, adhering to company guidelines and standards.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in operations, project or construction management, ideally within UAE's real estate or construction sector.

• Proven track record managing cross-functional teams and real estate project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of Dubai property and real estate laws, development processes, construction regulations and government requirements (RERA, DLD, Dubai Municipality, etc.) and approvals.
