AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Director to lead the consultant-side delivery of the UAE High-Speed Rail (HSR) Intercity Project - Phase 1, connecting Abu Dhabi to Dubai. This role will oversee design reviews, programme and project management, and site supervision across a complex, multi-package infrastructure programme involving underground, at-grade, and tunnel works, four major stations, two maintenance depots, and full railway systems integration including rolling stock.
You will act as the single point of contact between internal and external delivery teams, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of project objectives. Qualifications :

**Qualifications:**

Parsons is seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead one of the most ambitious rail developments in the Middle East - a transformative initiative redefining intercity mobility and sustainable transportation across the UAE.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of a multi-billion-dollar rail program, driving excellence across design, construction, systems integration, and commissioning. **What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Lead the full project lifecycle from design development and procurement through construction, testing, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to performance, safety, and quality standards.
+ Define and enforce project execution frameworks, including the Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, and Quality Management Plan, in compliance with UAE and international railway regulations.

**Qualifications:**

The Project Director will lead the delivery of civil works and station construction for a major rail infrastructure project. This includes overseeing design, construction, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring compliance with international standards. Responsibilities:
