As a **Lead Project Manager - CCaaS** , you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Sprinklr integrations by leveraging standardized connectors and customized enterprise software solutions in complex customer environments.

+ Monitor and assign work across cross-functional project teams to meet business objectives.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues, and escalate blockers where necessary.

**Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified**
+ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
