Job Purpose
The Program Controls and Change Manager will oversee the entire Project planning, scheduling, progress reporting, coordination of resources and ownership of the change management process.
This is a PMC role, and there will be multiple Supervision Consultants and EPC`s appointed directly by the Client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all planning, scheduling and change management requirements on the large-scale power and water transmission projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and collaboration with various stakeholders to meet project objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of the TRANSCO-NEXUS Project.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, supervision consultants, contractors, vendors and regulatory authorities to ensure alignment and compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Oversee the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations from the project plan.

Job Objective:
The safe and effective delivery of a portfolio of Brownfield Safety Critical Projects on multiple offshore platforms; including large production complexes (multiple platforms bridge linked) and remote Wellhead Towers, located offshore within the UAE under an EPCM contracting model.
Typical projects include Fire & Gas System Upgrades, Power Upgrades, Control System Upgrades, Flare System Upgrades and Platform Structural Modifications.
Establishment and management of the Project Controls team to provide delivery excellence across the portfolio of projects.
Establishment and maintenance of systems, processes, and procedures, to deliver integrated, efficient delivery of Schedules, Cost Control, Estimation, Budgets and Risk Management.
Integration and oversight of Construction Contractors Schedule to ensure alignment with overall Integrated Schedule to achieve delivery assurance.
Provide certainty and confidence to the Client and Wood Project Sponsor, that the contract is being delivered safely with a strong focus on optimization, cost control, risk management, schedule adherence and stakeholder management.
Provide the Project Management with accurate monthly cost and progress reports incorporating early warning, forecast completions, together with the critical path and trend analyses.
