The Assistant Project Manager supports the Real Estate Services (RES) Operational Management (OM) team to ensure effective governance and continuous improvement across RES, with a focus on financial and commercial control, supplier incident and planned works coordination, and third-party onboarding and compliance. This role helps maintain safe, resilient and cost-effective service delivery by ensuring supplier performance is monitored, issues are resolved with robust root-cause analysis, and third-party management activities are completed in line with the relevant framework and controls.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Support budget and spend tracking for outsourced services, validating supplier invoices against contracted scope, rates, and performance.
+ Review and validate variations (e.g., scope changes, ad-hoc works), ensuring appropriate approvals and change controls are obtained and evidenced.
+ Maintain accurate records to support forecasting, accruals, and management reporting.
+ Serve as the RES point of contact for supplier-related incidents (e.g., outages, safety events, service failures), coordinating response, communications, and follow-up actions.
+ Drive timely root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventative actions, tracking actions to closure and escalating where required.
+ Coordinate stakeholder communications for planned works to minimize business disruption and ensure operational readiness.
+ Act as the designated Third-Party Engagement Manager (TPEM) for assigned suppliers, ensuring all required activities are completed on time and to standard.
+ Ensure contracts, statements of work, service levels, and change controls are established, current, and maintained.
+ Maintain an up-to-date supplier inventory for RES UAE, including services provided, locations covered, and governing agreements.
+ Support identification, assessment, and ongoing management of third-party risks, including operational resilience considerations.
+ Ensure supplier documentation remains current and readily accessible (e.g., insurance, certifications, relevant H&S documentation).
+ Support due diligence, periodic reviews, and audit readiness in line with the third-party management framework.
+ Coordinate effectively across internal stakeholders and external suppliers to sustain uninterrupted service delivery while managing competing priorities.
+ Apply sound judgement under time pressure (e.g., incidents, urgent work), knowing when to act independently and when to escalate.
+ Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, providing concise updates on status, risks, options, and recommendations.
**Experience & Qualifications:**
+ A graduation degree is essential for obtaining a UAE visa and work permit. If your university certificate is from outside the UAE, up-to-date attestations and equivalency are also mandatory (Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications Issued Outside The UAE)
+ 2 years' experience working in a project/operations management focused role is required.
+ Strong attention to detail is required for the role.
+ Strong analytical capability to interpret metrics and draw sound, data-led conclusions
+ Solid understanding of operational management principles and internal control frameworks
+ High personal drive and self-motivation
+ Able to make well-balanced recommendations using both qualitative judgement and quantitative evidence

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects that deliver innovative and practical solutions for communities. **What You'll Be Doing**
+ Acts as the primary Company representative with the client and selected subcontractors throughout project execution.
+ Negotiates scope changes with the client and key subcontractors and supports efforts to secure additional work.
+ Ensures follow-up on all project-related instructions and commitments; may participate in regulatory discussions and public meetings.
+ Oversees the development of key project plans, including Project Execution, Health and Safety, and QA/QC plans.
+ Establishes project requirements and ensures all deliverables meet defined standards.

**Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure (Design)**
**Dubai, UAE**
Parsons is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to join our Design Team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the delivery of multiple complex infrastructure design projects, primarily focused on roads, highways, and utilities, for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of technical delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction across all projects. The position requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring consistent and high-quality project execution within a consultancy environment.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Lead, plan, direct, and manage all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of assigned design projects.
+ Oversee the development and implementation of key project documents, including the Project Execution Plan, Health & Safety Plan, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan.
+ Define project scope and requirements, ensuring all deliverables comply with client expectations, contractual obligations, and applicable standards.
+ Assign responsibilities to team members based on their skills, experience, and strengths to ensure effective project delivery.
