• Support section head with Project Management strategy and Project delivery activities for Company projects to

ensuring all operational and functional requirements are fulfilled for sustainable use.
• Coordinate with the Defects Liability Period (DLP) team to ensure smooth unit handovers and completion of final
snagging to the satisfaction of all parties.
• Analyze information and ensure that reports are consolidated for management review.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management
and real estate development
Key Performance Indicators
• Manage project cash flow and budget adherence, including schedule and cost controls.
• Ensure timely progress according to approved plans and schedules.
• Comply with policies, safety standards, and maintain proper project documentation.
• Implement and monitor QA/QC plans to maintain quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
• Bachelor's / master's degree in Civil Engineering/ architectural engineering/
Construction
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferred
• Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies, statutory,
regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery
Minimum Experience (number of years):
• Min of 8-10+ years experience, including 2-4 years of experience in a senior
leadership/project lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects and
teams.
• Preferably 2+ years of experience with a developer.

deliverables are in line with the Quality Standards agreed upon in the product specifications.
• Validate and control the Scope of Work of the project to prevent any Scope Creep. This is achieved via

• Follow up on the final project documentations, such us as built drawings, warranties and Operation &
