A Project Delivery Manager is required to lead and manage a deployed supply chain project team in delivering a portfolio of Brownfield Safety Critical Projects on multiple offshore platforms. The role involves managing the supply chain activities including contract and subcontract management, materials management, warehousing, expediting, procurement, subcontracts, negotiation, and reporting.

- Degree qualification in engineering or a related field from an accredited university.
- Chartered Engineer or equivalent with recognized professional body.
- Minimum 15 years' experience in major Brownfield oil/gas offshore projects including at least five (5) years in a similar position.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and resolve conflict.

As part of the Operations Division, work closely with teams and use insights from data to identify opportunities to drive improvements. Lead efficiency projects across the operations division with a strong focus on change management to ensure sustained improvements. Partner with operational teams to positively contribute to operational key performance indicators, including on-time performance, efficiency, cost, NPS/Guest Focused projects and programmes. Look externally at best practices which can be adopted to drive improvement.
Accountabilities
- Project manage the implementation of initiatives and lead cross-departmental projects related to operations efficiency projects linked to key performance indicators.
- Identify, communicate, and support implementation of operational improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and root cause analysis to derive actionable insights for the operations division.
- Effective management of stakeholders. Ability to partner with the line department to drive sustainable change.
- Ability to develop and implement change management approaches as part of the project delivery.
- Support the development of business cases to support the cost / benefits evaluation of proposed projects to ensure its feasibility.
- Ensure governance is in place to track project budget, timelines and risks.
- Communicate key messages to the project sponsors and stakeholders to drive effective decision making.
- Nurture a broad range of stakeholder relationships across the business to support the successful contribution and delivery of projects
- Use initiative and experience to challenge and mature projects
- Minimum bachelor's degree or anything above (i.e. vocational certificate / bachelor's degree / Master degree)
- 5 years of relevant experience and 3+ years' experience in handling projects across multi-disciplinary areas preferably in aviation related programs and projects.
- Demonstrable experience in influencing stakeholders and crafting persuasive and robust presentations and communications.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills with proven ability to provide persuasive and compelling arguments in a succinct and professional manner.
- Project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM, or PMI membership) or proven knowledge of project management methodologies preferred
- Experience with key external stakeholders in this role, including airports, ground handlers, cargo handlers or catering providers, is an added benefit in this role

- Monitor and analyze daily rider accident data, identify trends, root causes, and areas of improvement.
- Drive strategic safety initiatives and collaborate with internal teams (Public Affairs, Legal, Training) and external partners (driving schools, government entities) to implement preventive measures.
- Use tools like Excel, Tableau, and IMS to track performance, draw insights, and convert complex datasets into visual reports for stakeholders.
- Own and manage projects with clear SMART KPIs, centered on improving rider safety and reducing incidents on the road.
- Leverage rider telematics and AI-based driving behavior tools to understand patterns in speeding, harsh braking, road fines, and take corrective action.
- Lead the design and rollout of safety campaigns such as Road Safety Weeks, in-app communications, and targeted training (e.g. night driving, highway safety).
- Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all things "Rider Safety" in the UAE, presenting findings and progress updates to senior leadership, city teams, and other departments.

We areseeking a highly experienced Senior Projects Manager with a strongbackground in delivering K–12 school development and education infrastructureprojects across the Middle East. This role will lead the full projectlifecycle, from strategic planning and design through to construction,handover, and post-occupancy evaluation. The idealcandidate will have deep knowledge of regional standards, curriculum-drivenspace planning, and a proven ability to navigate complex stakeholderenvironments including ministries, consultants, and contractors. KeyResponsibilities
ProjectManagement & Execution
Lead end to end delivery of K–12 education projects across the GCC.
Ensure compliance with international curriculum standards (British,IB, American).
Obtain approvals from ministries of education and relevantauthorities.
Coordinate closely with developers, architects, engineers,consultants, and contractors.
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and detailed workplans.
Monitor progress using industry standard tools and report to seniorleadership.
Manage resources across internal and external teams.
Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Maintain high quality outcomes aligned with client and regulatoryexpectations.
Conduct post project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing. Budget& Resource Management
Oversee budgets ranging from US$20m to US$100m.
Track financial performance and resource allocation to ensureefficiency.
Adjust plans dynamically to maintain schedule and budget integrity. RequiredSkills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture,or a related field.
Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management, with atleast 3 years leading education or school infrastructure projects in theMiddle East.
Proven track record managing large scale capital projects.
In depth understanding of GCC regulatory and approval frameworks.
Experience with curriculum led design (labs, libraries,multipurpose halls).
Proficiency in tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, orAconex.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder managementcapabilities.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (LEED, Estidama, etc.).
Excellent negotiation and reporting skills.

Education & Certifications: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering -PMP Certification (preferred) Experience: -At least 6 years in construction or project management -Minimum 2 years of experience managing multiple, diverse projects independently Technical & Job-Specific Skills: -In-depth knowledge of construction/project management practices -Strong command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Power BI for dashboards -Experience using project management software like Primavera -Proven ability in stakeholder coordination and vendor management -Skilled in project scope definition and change management -Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control capabilities -Risk identification, mitigation planning, and problem resolution -Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
