Job Summary
The Director, Projects leads strategic project initiatives and oversees critical business transformation programs across Kerzner International's global operations. This position reports directly to the CEO and manages high-priority, cross-functional projects that drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and strategic objectives for the company's ultra-luxury hospitality portfolio including Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO, and Rare Finds brands worldwide. Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic project portfolio management for CEO-sponsored initiatives across all business units and geographic regions
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams involving Operations, Development, Marketing, Finance, and Technology departments

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

- Advanced project management certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent credentials preferred

- Participate in joint project review/discussion with the sales team
- Coordinate the Pre Inspection meeting with the end users Inspector EPC QC team TPIs and achieve clarity to the inspection requirements and process.
- Point of contact for sales/customer for project status updates providing timely manner updates
- Ensure the QS team is aligned with project plan & conduct regular progress reviews meetings with them
- Ensure alignment with the Customer on the Fisher Commitment Dates and the Customer PO Dates including milestone dates for drawing and procedure submittals drawing and procedures approvals equipment inspection notifications and Ready for Inspection dates.
- Interface and continuously communicate with the Customer Contractor and LBP throughout the life of the project to provide updates milestones and progress.
